As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of reputed company and the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers. You will have reputed company to build relationships with families, reputed company exceptional customer service, and contribute to the reputed company of reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating relationships with new and existing families to promote customer loyalty and retention

- Registering, scheduling, and processing payments for swim lessons and other services
- Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Encouraging customers to purchase swim lesson packages and promoting our services

Essential Qualifications

- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A strong passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in typing (at least 40 WPM)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills in person and over the phone
