The Role
As an reputed company Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and troubleshooting assistance to mental health professionals across various school districts. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the needs of customers are addressed in a reputed company, reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities:
