You will be responsible for providing world-class post-sales technical leadership, taking ownership of post-sales technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to document problem reputed company steps and troubleshooting procedures.
Responsibilities
As a reputed company Engineer (Federal) TS, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and guidance as the blithequark subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage and adoption of our technologies
- Taking ownership of post-sales technical issues, working with cross-functional teams to document problem reputed company steps and troubleshooting procedures
- Walking customers through the various stages of adoption with blithequark's Platform
- Collaborating directly with our internal Product Management, Engineering, reputed company teams
- Some travel to customer locations (less than 10%)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent educational experience
- TS Clearance Required (SCI desired)
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a post-sales engineer role for a networking company, relevant software vendor, or as a network engineer for a large reputed company, service provider, or governmental agencies
Experience
We're looking for individuals with a strong understanding of Networking and reputed company fundamentals, as reputed company as experience in working with multiple Network vendors (e.g., A10, Arista, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.). You should also possess:

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting reputed company salary + bonus is expected to be between $190,000/yr to $225,000/yr. The offered compensation may also include stock.
