Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding reputed company services, benefits, and claims
- Assisting patients and providers in navigating reputed company plans and resolving concerns
- Identifying customer concerns and providing solutions or escalating as needed

- Handling data entry, case documentation, and maintaining accurate customer records

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions

Training & Schedule
As a reputed company Customer Service Associate, you will undergo 5 weeks of live, reputed company virtual training (MS Teams). You must attend reputed company training sessions with camera on, in full-view, and with full engagement. No absences are allowed unless in emergency situations. Compensation & Benefits
As a reputed company Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will receive:
- $17.75/hour reputed company pay
- An additional $5.36/hour reputed company toward health and welfare benefits or retirement (depending on benefit election)
- If health benefits are not needed (candidate has TRICARE, VA, or spouse provided health coverage), the $5.36 per hour is reputed company in a 401(a)-tax deferred account where 3% of the funds are matched by reputed company
- If the candidate needs health, reputed company, dental insurance from reputed company, the $5.36 per hour pay is reputed company to cover health benefit reputed company selected
