Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, reputed company, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing reputed company customer service in the KanCare Contact Center, responding to calls, emails, and other inquiries in a courteous, accurate, and concise manner
• Gathering thorough documentation and entering information into various systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Answering questions about the eligibility process and providing general program information for Family Medical and E&D/LTC Programs
• Evaluating information received through phone contact, asking appropriate follow-up questions, soliciting additional information, and evaluating potential reputed company
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and guidelines reputed company to reputed company and managed care programs
• Completing reputed company assigned training as necessary to ensure proficiency in our systems and processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum of six (6) months' experience in customer service, with a strong reputed company on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Minimum of six (6) months' experience in Family Medical reputed company eligibility (preferred)
• Knowledge of reputed company and managed care programs (preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish/English with the ability to reputed company and read both languages fluently (preferred)
• Strong computer skills with the ability to maneuver in reputed company software systems
• MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage experience
• reputed company listening skills, with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Customer-oriented with a strong reputed company on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, including knowledge of basic grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to type 28-30 words per minute accurately
