Responsibilities – Automotive Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our BDC Sales Team, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to Phone and Internet Inquiries: Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries, whether reputed company phone or internet, to reputed company exceptional service and set the tone for our showroom.
• Scheduling Appointments: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments that reputed company to showroom reputed company and sales opportunities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborating with the Sales Team: Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-through, ensuring that every customer receives the best possible service.

Qualifications – Automotive Customer Service Representative
