The Role
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming claim calls and logging data into our proprietary medical reputed company review system
- Regularly operating across multiple systems and applications to support daily responsibilities and ensure seamless task execution
- Providing explanation of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures
- Interfacing with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a reputed company manner
- Maintaining a quiet and reputed company work environment free of distractions
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
- Adhering to a consistent work schedule, typically 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday, with 1 late reputed company per week with shifts (up to) 7:00 pm CT. Subject to change based on business needs.
- Maintaining a reliable remote setup with broadband or fiber internet from a reputable provider, offering at least 25 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds.
Requirements
* 1-2 years prior inbound call center customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong technical aptitude
- Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound calls while simultaneously capturing detailed and accurate notes, maintaining reputed company and precision under pressure
- Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Office applications, with strong skills in Outlook, Word, reputed company, and reputed company Edge for effective communication, documentation, data management, and web-based tasks
- Ability to learn basic medical terminology
- Ability to work independently
