Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs.
• Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company an ethernet cable (note: Wi-Fi is not permitted) and company-provided equipment and training.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program (first 6 weeks: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday) and adhere to a production schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday).
