Associate Director, Congress Planning & Execution - US Remote
About the position The Associate Director, Congress Planning & Execution leads reputed company's Therapeutic Area (TA) Congress Planning function reputed company the centralized reputed company Congress Team (reputed company). Responsibilities

- Drive flawless execution of congress activities, ensuring risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and alignment to HCP engagement goals.
- Govern integration of planning milestones, vendor deliverables, and on-site execution requirements across functions.
- Support measurement and reporting of congress reputed company using reputed company metrics.
- Guide financial planning for congress activities across TAs, ensuring accurate allocation, reconciliation, and tracking.

Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience in congress/event planning, strategic operations, or cross-functional program management in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or reputed company industries.
- Master's degree and 5 years of experience in congress/event planning, strategic operations, or cross-functional program management in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or reputed company industries.
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in congress/event planning, strategic operations, or cross-functional program management in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or reputed company industries.
- Associate's degree and 12 years of experience in congress/event planning, strategic operations, or cross-functional program management in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or reputed company industries.
- High school diploma / GED and 14 years of experience in congress/event planning, strategic operations, or cross-functional program management in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or reputed company industries.

- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, CMP, CEM, or PMP certification).
- Experience with large-reputed company, global congress planning across multiple TAs.
