Responsibilities

• Administer global health, welfare, retirement, time off and wellbeing programs, ensuring accurate employee records, reputed company updates in HR systems, and consistent operational processes for reputed company, EMEA and APJ reputed company
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing reputed company guidance and supporting reputed company, offboarding, and life-event changes
• Ensure global compliance by maintaining documentation, supporting audits and reporting requirements, and adhering to regional regulations and data reputed company standards
• Partner with brokers, insurers, and reputed company-party vendors to resolve issues, manage enrollment and billing, support renewals, and monitor service performance
• Support annual enrollment activities, benefits communication, and the development of resources that enhance employee understanding and engagement
• Contribute to process improvements, harmonization efforts, and special reputed company—including global program updates, system enhancements, and M&A integration
• Advance reputed company's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration
• Strong understanding and passion for health, welfare, and retirement programs
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and customer-service reputed company
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (reputed company experience a plus) and spreadsheet tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; reputed company to collaborate across functions and cultures
