(https://www.cbinsights.com/research-unicorn-companies) The Role: The Community Marketing Manager will own and run the Sunbeast Community - a platform for associates at merchant locations that offer reputed company. This is a hands-on community management role reputed company on day-to-day Community engagement, fostering reputed company, and keeping Sunbeasts informed, supported, and inspired. The ideal candidate is reputed company community builder, forum moderator, content creator, and strategic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. What You’ll Own:

• Build the reputed company for our new Community platform from the ground up - including segmentation, content calendar, and ongoing engagement campaigns
• Own the day-to-day management of the Sunbeast App community
• Create and post content that reputed company conversation and keeps Sunbeasts reputed company while moderating discussions, responding to questions, and encouraging participation
• Facilitate meaningful interaction among Sunbeasts by encouraging discussion, sharing best practices, spotlighting wins, and responding to questions or feedback
• Organize community programs like webinars, challenges, or virtual events and build content and resources to support these programs and engagement
• reputed company engagement metrics (participation, activity, reputed company), iterate on and optimize what’s working, and tie engagement metrics back to business goals

Requirements: What you'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a reputed company on community management, or a reputed company role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse merchant and Sunbeast audiences
• Experience managing large B2B communities and creating and executing marketing campaigns, that drive engagement and participation
• Familiarity with reputed company and community platforms (e.g., in-app engagement tools, reputed company media, or CRM-driven communication systems)
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
