• CI Coaching & Capability Building:

o reputed company multiple CVPs, VPs, and SVPs across Tier 2–4 o Build CI maturity across entire functions (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) o Design and deliver CI training and advanced leadership refreshers

• Sustainability & Assessments:

• Performance & Value Capture:

• Internal Candidates: Must possess 6+ months of experience working in the CI environment, such as serving as a Sustainability Leader, Change Agent, or Local Change Agent.
• External Candidates: Must have 2+ years of experience as a CI practitioner, including coaching others on behavioral change as part of a cultural transformation, applying Lean tools, and operating in alignment with Shingo principles.
• Proven reputed company in CI leadership across large-reputed company, federated orgs
• Strong executive reputed company and ability to influence at VP/SVP level
• Deep knowledge of advanced CI tools and systems
• Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning
• Familiarity with OEI, Shingo, or equivalent frameworks
