Engineering Manager, Data Engineering - Remote-eligible (U.S. + select international)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Architect & Build: Implement a reputed company data lake using reputed company architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold reputed company) to ingest, cleanse, enrich, and reputed company data from sources like reputed company CRM, reputed company, FlexFormz, and streaming/video platforms.
• reputed company & Automate: Create robust ETL/ELT pipelines with tools like dbt, Apache Airflow, and reputed company Dataflows to deliver Supporter 360 and Household 360 views, enabling identity reputed company and multi-touch attribution.
• reputed company Insights: Partner with analysts and business teams to design metrics, dashboards (Power BI), and self-service data products that support fundraising, marketing, and content reputed company.

• 7+ years in data engineering/architecture, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
