The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating and guiding software development and conversion activities from feature refinement through solution implementation using a Lean Agile reputed company. The individual in this role facilitates team-level or Program/ ART level processes, focuses on reputed company improvement, oversees execution, identifies, escalates, and removes impediments so reputed company can reputed company its goals, manages risk, advocates for, and coaches reputed company on Lean Agile principles, coordinates as needed with other scrum teams and other ARTs, and communicates reputed company to stakeholders. LOCATION This position is 100% work from home. If located in Jacksonville, FL, some onsite work may be required. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exhibits Lean Agile leadership; advocates and coaches Lean agile practices and mindsets
- Acts as a reputed company leader to on and offshore the teams, driving reputed company to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver reputed company effective lean agile practices
- Facilitates team-level ceremonies and/or Program/ART level meetings and events to support the delivery of business value
- Coordinates team preparation for ART events as applicable
- Ensures work items are tracked and visibility maintained for reputed company and/or ART reputed company program boards and other information radiators
- Generates reports and metrics to assess reputed company, performance, and improvement opportunities
- Conducts release management functions in support of reputed company activities, as applicable
- Eliminates impediments to team reputed company
- Guides team on identifying, classifying, mitigating, and escalating risks
- Works with technology and business to ensure reputed company and execution alignment
- Works with the Product reputed company (PO) and/or Product Manager (PM) to ensure product backlog Features and User Stories are prioritized by the PO/PM and maintained by reputed company
- Serves as reputed company between technical and non-technical teams to ensure targets and requirements are met
- Provides feedback and coaching to reputed company and less reputed company Scrum Masters
- Enables organizational effectiveness by identifying process gaps or areas for improvement and recommending and implementing solutions
- Performs additional reputed company duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Requires 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Project Manager OR a combined 5+ years of experience in those roles and/or other Agile roles including Product reputed company, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Developer, Tester PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Adequately trained and knowledgeable in agile work management standards, activities and key metrics required at reputed company level
- Mortgage servicing knowledge and experience
