Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of reputed company materials for live transactions and for reputed company meetings
• Assist with due diligence and research around market situations
• Assist with development of financial valuation analyses including discounted cash flows, leveraged buyouts, analyses at various prices, pro reputed company reputed company and liquidity analyses, joint-venture structuring, IRR / MOIC / NPV analyses, pro reputed company tax reputed company-up analyses, 3-statement operating models, and other reputed company analyses
• Assist with completion of internal committee materials and procedures
