This role will also own key deliverables in executing of Manufacturing Improvement programs including support of TOW, safety improvements, Lean, and overall manufacturing cost improvements. Job reputed company Essential Functions:
- Partner with EHS team to identify and improve processes and equipment to reduce risk of injuries.
- Define and implement training and certification program for key manufacturing process (Rubber and Plastic Molding, Epoxy Casting, and others)
- Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
- ·Specify and procure new equipment and tooling needed to meet production, reputed company and reputed company requirements.
- reputed company and implement VCP reputed company and be accountable for successful completion.
- Support NPI and TOW reputed company, and reputed company equipment.
- Team with production to identify processes or equipment that can be automated or otherwise improved to reputed company productivity.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or High School diploma or equivalent with 5 additional years of manufacturing experience)
- 5 years of Engineering improvement experience.
