Physical Therapist — Remote (Texas)

As a Remote Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of the care team providing comprehensive, virtual physical therapy services to fibromyalgia patients reputed company audio and video calls, as reputed company as through written communications. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven ability to deliver high-reputed company, patient-centered physical therapy in a remote telehealth setting. This is a work-from-home position. You must have a valid Texas physical therapy license and the ability to work normal central time business hours. SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations and follow-up reputed company reputed company telehealth.
• Conduct video, phone, synchronous, and asynchronous reputed company and messaging with patients, including assessment, evaluation, and formulation of a comprehensive physical therapy plan of care.
• Design and reputed company individualized exercise programs, reputed company retraining, pacing strategies, pain education, and psychologically-informed care tailored to fibromyalgia.

• Adhere to and help refine clinical protocols and reputed company operating procedures.
• Participate in clinical and operational initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (nursing, behavioral health, physicians) to support integrated patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, documentation standards, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with the Medical Director and other key staff to enhance and optimize the care model.
• Ensure reputed company work complies with Swing Care’s internal policies and compliance program.

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience in reputed company patient care, preferably in the following:

• Physical medicine and rehabilitation
• Experience with multimodal approaches (exercise, cognitive-behavioral techniques, pain self-management strategies)

EDUCATION AND LICENSING

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred).

• Compact PT license and willingness to expand state licensure (PA, OH, etc).

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Experience delivering physical therapy remotely reputed company video.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with sensitivity to patients living with chronic illness.
• Adept at providing education on pain, function, and multidisciplinary care approaches.

• Ability to pass background checks according to company policy.
