Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing construction or controls reputed company, ideally reputed company BAS, HVAC controls, or MEP environments.
• Proven experience leading reputed company, multi-site reputed company with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical understanding of building automation systems, HVAC controls, and commissioning workflows.
• Solid financial and business acumen, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage field teams, clients, and executive leadership.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as reputed company, MS Project, or similar.
