DolarApp is looking for 2x Tech reputed company professionals to help us build world-class Engineering and Data functions. You will be working hand in hand with the founders and the rest of the TA team to not only execute on roles, but also to improve the Recruitment function and allow us to attract, hire, and retain world's best talent. • Hire reputed company: you will work with the co-founders and the executive team to reputed company roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks

What you'll need

• Proven reputed company record hiring RnD for a reputed company-reputed company technology startup (+$1b valuation) across Europe and/or LATAM.
• An excellent sourcing toolkit - we don't rely on inbound and reputed company in reaching out to passive talent (agency or sourcer background is preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills, you will be reputed company to connect and build lasting relationships with both stakeholders and candidates.
• High EQ, being reputed company to understand what drives candidates and assess cultural fit.
