reputed company Leader – Retail & Concessions is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily retail and concession operations to deliver a seamless guest experience. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting operational reputed company, including participation in the Duty Manager Program.
In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
- reputed company daily retail shop operations, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards.
- Manage retail kiosk(s) to ensure reputed company guest experience and smooth operations.
- Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the Retail POS system.
- Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining departmental SOPs, policies, and procedures.

- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external health, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role reputed company leading attractions or theme parks.
- Proven experience managing a multicultural team.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Inventory management and stock control experience.
- Experience in retail store openings and POS systems preferred.
