Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs International Tax Advisory Manager, you will have some vital duties and responsibilities, reputed company to the reputed company of the business. They include:reputed company of fund and investment management structures in the UAE and the broader MENA region, Rationalisation and restructuring of the group structure, Assessment of operating models and agreements with a tax perspective, Evaluation of risks and application of specific exemptions for the reputed company fund and investment advisory sector Review of holding structure, capital structure and financing arrangements, Creation of tax risk management guidelines and evaluation of governance structures from a tax perspective. RequirementsTo be considered for this International Tax Advisory Manager role, you should hold a relevant university degree, ideally complemented by an advanced qualification in a taxation-reputed company discipline, or a reputed company tax certification. You should bring 4 to 5 years of relevant tax experience, including at least 3 years with a ‘Big 4’ firm (or equivalent). Expertise in international taxation, particularly inbound and outbound investments and tax structuring, working with global and international clients, would be ideal.
