• Review, analyze, and approve appraisals for right of way reputed company, corridor acquisitions, easements, and eminent domain proceedings.
• Ensure technical compliance with UASFLA, USPAP, and Federal regulations.

• Serve as a resource and advisor to project managers, attorneys, and acquisition specialists regarding valuation methodology.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• MAI designation (Appraisal Institute).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in reputed company estate, finance, economics, business, or reputed company field.
