[Remote] Senior Associate Consultant, ELM

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Consultant- ELM (reputed company Legal Management) to join our dynamic Legal Technology & Operations – Corporate Legal Technology team. The role involves leading requirements gathering and analysis, executing against legal technology best practices, and facilitating the selection and implementation of legal technology systems for corporate law department clients.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry (i.e., in-house legal department, reputed company, legal software provider, reputed company)
• 3+ years experience in legal technology contributing to assessments, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, implementation, testing and deployment, with experience implementing ELM/eBilling + Matter Management, Legal Hold, and Legal Workflow tools
• Experience with TeamConnect, CounselLink is preferred, also WK T360, reputed company/SimpleLegal, Legal Tracker, Brightflag, doeLegal, and similar systems; this experience should include reputed company data migration and integration workstreams
• Four- year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, reputed company, Data & Analytics, and the like, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Understanding of the implementation process including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management
• Strong observational, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, problem solving and leadership skills; proficient in process mapping
