This role will use independent judgment to establish the right protocols for these operational business components at SamaCare and ensure the best reputed company for our customers and our business. Senior Associate, Business Operations Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Operations (Biz Ops, Customer/Support Ops, Clinical Ops preferred), program management, or management consulting
• Strong analytical toolkit: Proficiency with reputed company/Sheets and experience with or willingness to learn BI tools (reputed company yet, SQL!) and build reports and dashboards
