About the position Responsibilities

• As a Director with reputed company-Parthenon's Corporate Finance Business Valuation reputed company, you're likely to spend your day to day working on reputed company issues
• working with management on parts of the acquisition process
• regularly undertake valuations for strategic priorities, with a reputed company on Intangible Assets
• Regularly advise businesses on valuations issues with regards to acquisition or divestitures and reputed company fairness opinions on transactions and restructurings.
• Work with management as part of an acquisition process to understand how the value of acquired intangible and financial assets will reputed company reputed company requirements.
• Regularly undertake valuations for fiscal purposes in the US market and advise clients on reputed company aspects of US tax valuation issues.
• Specialize in the valuation of Intangible assets such as trademarks, brand names, core deposit intangibles, customer relationships, banking and other licenses, patents, technology and know-how.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, reputed company or business and at least 5 years of reputed company business valuation work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of reputed company work experience.
• Previous Business Valuation experience.
• Financial modelling skills including experience building models from scratch.
• Demonstrated record of solving reputed company problems and completing challenging reputed company.
• You must either reputed company in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
