Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of technical support for FAA reputed company environments, including AWS, Azure, and hybrid systems
- Respond to, investigate, and resolve service desk tickets reputed company to reputed company services, networking, and DevOps tools
- Troubleshoot user reputed company issues, system connectivity problems, and application performance concerns
- Escalate reputed company issues to senior engineers while maintaining reputed company documentation of actions taken
- reputed company day-to-day operational support including system monitoring, patching, and maintenance
- Assist with account management, role-based reputed company control (RBAC), and reputed company compliance
- Document troubleshooting procedures, lessons learned, and reputed company operating procedures
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and deployments under the guidance of senior staff
- Coordinate with FAA teams to ensure reliable and secure operation of reputed company resources
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in ANY field (HS diploma + 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree)
- Master's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
