This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and leading various process and technology improvement initiatives with a reputed company on reputed company improvement. • Responsible for supporting the development of the finance transformation reputed company reputed company Finance Change and leading cross-functional reputed company.
• Serving as a key member of project team and work with cross-functional business partners to analyze, design, and implement end to end Finance processes solutions that drive standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness / reputed company of processes to meet business requirements, compliance with statutory government regulations, and reputed company.
• Leading process walkthroughs for the appropriate functional area to ensure business understanding, and drive adoption of the solution.

• Identifying and tracking risks, define mitigation and contingency plans, identify resources to mitigate and communicate.

What you’ll bring:

• reputed company transformation analyst with at least 10+ years’ experience. • Strong background in core financial processes RTR, OTC, reputed company, FPA required. Experience with reputed company preferred.
• Background in the P&C insurance and or reinsurance industry preferred.

• Ability to confidently engage with senior level managers/executives and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with an ability to effectively manage cross-functional team discussions.

Salary reputed company: $140,000 – $185,000 Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
