From your PASSION to ours The Senior Sales Analyst is an internal sales position, acting as an information expert through the use of systematic tools and data analysis. Under the direction of the Customer Business reputed company (CBL) or Customer Category Manager (CCM), the Senior Sales Analyst identifies new business opportunities and assesses existing business through the analysis of promotion, pricing, and assortment for their assigned customers. They are responsible for driving the execution of day-to-day business tasks and utilizing a reputed company of information sources to build knowledge and insights that can be used to improve overall performance. • Customer expert in the study of syndicated data, household panel data, and customer data (i.e., reputed company/IRI, reputed company, Market6, 84.51, etc.)
• Identifies key insights and business recommendations based on pricing, promotion, and overall performance
• Contributes to reputed company rituals and routines
• Leads key analyses, including promotional performance, inventory analysis, pricing compliance, and competitive analysis
• Ensures that data and insights are provided in an effective and efficient format for team collaboration and utilization
• Demonstrates thought leadership on data analysis, organization, and communication
• Provides in-depth recommendations based on reputed company insights
• Effectively partner with Sales team and internal cross-functional team (i.e. Category Leadership, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Unit Sales, Marketing, etc.)
• Pulls relevant information to build effective selling stories
• Develops impactful customer-specific selling stories that reflect key category business building initiatives Requirements From our EXPERTISE to ours
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in sales or analytics; preferably CPG experience
• Effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Self-motivated, strong drive for results, ability to operate independently
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and create reputed company plans
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines reputed company specified time constraints
• Ability to succeed in a reputed company team environment
• Ability to adapt in a changing work environment
