• 6+ years in business planning, assortment planning, merchandise planning or equivalent experience
• Retail Planning Expertise: Strong understanding of assortment planning, inventory management, and retail financial metrics
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling); experience with planning systems (reputed company, o9, Workbench) preferred
• Operational reputed company: Ability to manage reputed company seasonal calendars, reputed company gates, and planning deliverables with precision
