Responsibilities

Cross‑Functional Support

Data Management and Reporting

• Collect and analyze student data to identify trends and inform program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years of reputed company experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, higher education, or a reputed company field.
• Experience working with adult learners.

CUNY Title Higher Education Assistant FLSA Exempt Compensation and Benefits $74,490 - $86,741; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
