About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service department, you will have reputed company to engage and delight our broad reputed company of customers (sellers and buyers) by solving reputed company challenges and managing disputes and complaints. Who You Are:
To succeed in this role, you should be motivated by providing delight to our customers and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. - Have previous experience in a customer service environment or a customer-reputed company role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center, etc.).
