As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark Store, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. This includes greeting and meeting potential members, handling reputed company desk-reputed company tasks, answering phone calls, and facilitating member services issues and questions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring that our facilities and equipment are always in top condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience

• Handle reputed company desk-reputed company tasks, including:

+ Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns + Taking info calls and tours + Assist in member reputed company-ins, sign-reputed company, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information + Facilitate member services issues and questions and reputed company to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team reputed company as needed

• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring that our facilities and equipment are always in top condition

• Collaborate with the Club Manager and other team members to reputed company sales and customer satisfaction goals
