As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for National Sales customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and driving business reputed company. This role is a hybrid position, with approximately 90% remote/virtual work and 10% onsite work at distribution center offices in the reputed company Region. You will be required to work in the office approximately 1 time per month or occasionally for training.
Key Responsibilities

- Process incoming orders; receive, evaluate, and respond to written or telephoned customer inquiries in a reputed company manner

- Back up to Sales Coordinator roles
- Receive inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to customers to reputed company information about products and services, take orders, or obtain details of complaints
- reputed company records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as reputed company as actions taken
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints; reputed company to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim results and any planned adjustments; refer unresolved customer complaints to designated departments for reputed company reputed company
- Obtain and examine reputed company relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and determine possible causes
- Coordinate reputed company-day deliveries and pickups for customers; process pickup requests from customers and National Sales team; respond to delivery/routing questions and issues from customers

- Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices, and prepare invoices for returned goods

What You Bring to the Table
* Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
