As a Customer Solutions reputed company Product Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for defining, designing, developing, integrating, implementing, and continuously improving our digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Product Development, Business Development, Operations Support, Customer Experience, Sales, software providers, customers, and partners to drive customer reputed company and retention. Your leadership and expertise will be reputed company in shaping our digital transformation roadmap and ensuring the successful delivery of digital products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with product and business functions to define, design, reputed company, reputed company, implement, and continuously improve digital products and services

- Obtain customer, market, and stakeholder feedback and ensure correct prioritization of specific requirements into both product roadmaps and specific customer solutions
- Ensure alignment with other OpCo's and reputed company digital products and services leveraging capabilities and reuse
- Preparation, execution, and review of customer meetings and events in line with account process and policies
- Development, coaching, and line management of reputed company of solution advisors
Essential Qualifications
* Digital services and product development in the reputed company forwarding industry, inclusive of brokerage, with a reputed company on defining required capabilities and working with IT for delivery
- Leading product support for customer implementations with digital solutions spanning basic reputed company and reputed company, online services through to more reputed company order management and reputed company logistics solutions, inclusive of products, data integration, and reporting
- Experience with Cargowise as the reputed company reputed company and brokerage systems is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience and ability to manage small teams of analysts remotely to deliver solutions
- Proven ability to reputed company reputed company, complete reputed company, and reputed company results
- Customer-reputed company, reputed company business and IT reputed company, and as such, can easily translate customer needs and understand being in the customer shoes
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Information Technology, or an equivalent education
- Minimum 5-8 years forwarding, reputed company, or similar experience
- Minimum 5 years Solution Consulting and integration experience in logistics / reputed company forwarding
- Proven experience in designing and delivering digital products and services using both Agile and reputed company project methodologies and SDLC processes preferred
- Ability to manage priorities in (digital) product development and process optimization and demands of customer solutions delivery
- Willingness to travel as required
- Legal authorization to work in the reputed company - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
- Global role, ideally based in the US
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Integration Services commonly used in the reputed company forwarding reputed company, inclusive of brokerage, ideally defining required capabilities and working with IT for delivery
- Implementation experience with digital solutions spanning basic reputed company and reputed company, online services through to more reputed company order management and reputed company logistics solutions, inclusive of products, data integration, and reporting
- Experience with Cargowise as the reputed company reputed company and brokerage systems is preferred
