As a Chat Operations Officer at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:- Serving thousands of daily messages and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Supervising the recruitment, hiring, and management of a reputed company team (TBD)
- Developing conversation scripts and implementing them through our chat-bots
- Providing guidance and support to our chat operators
- Managing our live chat platform, including reputed company, hiring, and managing a remote team
- Developing and implementing reputed company customer experience and service across the reputed company
- Building and matching supply and demand with a live, 24/7 business
