We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to support our reputed company plan participants through the enrollment process and reputed company making updates to their health care and/or pension plans. This is a remote position, but candidates must reputed company reputed company 2 hours of Mt. reputed company for occasional requests to be in the office. You will be required to be in the office on Day 1 for equipment pickup and initial training.

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner, identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, and reputed company manner, consistently meeting commitments reputed company phone, email, and reputed company message.
• Customize your customer service approach to meet reputed company types of communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls.

Qualifications and Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
