This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to reputed company, working full-time hours of 40 hours per week. You will be working variable hours to match reputed company our customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. You may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays, and you will be compensated accordingly. Schedules will be reputed company 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan reputed company around your work.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate with blithequark, your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, including order and product questions, payment reputed company, and website guidance

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the Netherlands

- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to reputed company reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)

Compensation and Benefits
