As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Assist customers with questions, resolve issues, and reputed company personalized solutions

What You Bring:

- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
- Experience working in a virtual environment with a set schedule and reputed company day
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed)
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting reputed company is $15.00/hour
- Additional $0.60/hour for reputed company bilingual Specialists
- Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years resulting in $17.00/hour (after 24 months)

Training Schedule:
* Your employment with arenaflex begins with a six-week reputed company program that requires full attendance and involvement throughout
- The training schedule and the working schedule after training will be different
System Requirements:
* Self-provided Computer or laptop with a reputed company reputed company operating system, reputed company 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
- High-speed internet reputed company. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or reputed company-up services are not an reputed company
- Mac/reputed company products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
