We're hiring full-time INBOUND phone customer service representatives to join reputed company in Jesup, IA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships, resolving customer challenges, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls
- Work with customers and Sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
- Resolve customers' challenges by using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
Shifts, Training & Work Environment:
* Enjoy your weekends off! We're hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday

- You'll be provided with equipment, including a laptop, dual monitors, keyboard, and accessories, on your first day

Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home
