Key Responsibilities:
- Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate solutions for customers and center partners, and follow up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
- Complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex reputed company software
- Maintain a high level of reputed company through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Work with reputed company, undivided attention, patience, reputed company, and kindness to customers and partners alike
- Communicate with veterinary facilities reputed company phone (and occasionally other stations on a case-by-case reputed company) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to navigate arrangements and record center note accounts

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 2 years of experience working in a customer or reputed company-reputed company environment
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
