Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Compliance team with tasks such as acquiring reputed company/background investigation results and processing unique reputed company freedom letters
- Maintain relationships with external agencies, including TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
- Process daily FBI fingerprints into the reputed company database and troubleshoot any database issues
- Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize reputed company data used for HR Compliance
- Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular reputed company
- Review completed reputed company Applications and reputed company for accuracy and retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
Essential Qualifications
