arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join its team. As a key member of the Veterinary Support team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling data entry tasks, and working closely with veterinary facilities to resolve issues and answer queries. Key Responsibilities
- Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate solutions for customers and center partners, and follow up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
- Complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex reputed company software
- Maintain a high level of reputed company through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders

Essential Qualifications
- 2 years of experience working in a customer or reputed company-reputed company environment
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
