Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guiding customers through the ordering procedure online.
• Addressing and resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
• Utilizing a reputed company of software tools to address reputed company inquiries.
• Helping consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with reputed company shipping contractors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following basic requirements:

• High school graduation or its equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries
• Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders
