As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues that may reputed company. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing transactions, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Register sales on allocated sales register, process transactions, and handle customer complaints in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Answer customer queries, resolve issues, and reputed company product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction

Essential Capabilities
