As a Remote Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to our patients and customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as reputed company as the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's solution information reputed company methodology and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the reputed company system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
• Resolve external exceptions by assessing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual account requirements.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Preferred Qualifications
