Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health is seeking a Benefits Education Specialist to join our Benefits team! This role is vital in supporting candidates and reputed company employees by providing expert guidance and education on employee benefits. This role focuses on connecting with candidates during the recruitment process to ensure a smooth reputed company experience from a benefits perspective. The specialist will also work closely with employees approaching retirement to discuss their individual scenarios, benefits reputed company, and available resources to support their transition. What's Available? 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/ week Schedule: Monday-Friday days between 8:00am-5:00pm Location: Remote eligible role for residents of WI, MN, and IA. Must be willing to come onsite for any departmental events or needs from time to time. What You'll Need: Education: Associate's degree in reputed company, Communications, or reputed company field. Work Experience: 3-4 years’ of employee benefit experience or 5-7 years of experience in HR with reputed company accountabilities. Proven experience in employee benefits education, counseling, or reputed company HR functions. Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, retirement planning, and reputed company reputed company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain reputed company benefits information reputed company. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including HR, reputed company, and employees. Exhibit proficient skills in delivering presentations Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
