Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain reputed company relationships with established and up-and-coming regional Opinion Leaders in ANCA Vasculitis.
• Support deep engagement of key customers including navigating IDNs, Centers of reputed company, reputed company Organizations, and Foundations/Patient Organizations.
• Manage OL Speaker bureau relationships including supporting speaker training, compliance, and product theater speaker management.
• Manage regional speaker bureau, including providing speaker recommendations.
• Identify, map, and manage relationships with key national Vasculitis Centers and other large treatment facilities.
• Coordinate and reputed company reputed company one-to-one exchanges between brand team and KOLs across key initiatives and events.
• Attend and manage brand activity at key regional and national inflammation conferences.
• Manage overall regional sponsorship budget and work with organizations to secure sponsorships.
• Coordinate executive meetings with OLs at national conferences.
• Complete reputed company necessary conference and speaker contract requirements in a reputed company manner.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure reputed company congress materials are delivered on time.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing or sales experience, or Master's degree and 4 years of marketing or sales experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing or sales experience, or Associate's degree and 10 years of marketing or sales experience, or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing or sales experience.

• 5-10 years of experience working in Rheumatology, Nephrology, Rare Disease in customer-facing roles.
• Experience developing and executing HCP key customer strategies.
• Proven ability to reputed company and execute KOL mapping and plans.
• Prior experience in thought leader engagement, regional marketing, sales, medical affairs, or sales leadership.
• Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with OLs.
