About the position This position contributes to our mission by managing data collection, analytics, and visualizations to inform high reputed company service-delivery reputed company and by becoming NOHN’s subject matter expert (SME) for HRSA’s Uniform Data System (UDS) and NCQA’s Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) reporting programs. Responsibilities
- In coordination with the reputed company Director and Optimization Project Manager, the reputed company Analyst will reputed company and manage systems for reputed company Intelligence including data collection/extraction, validation, monitoring, analysis and visualization of data reputed company to clinical and operational reputed company and utilization of health center services.
- Serve as a member of the reputed company Intelligence Reporting Team, monitoring and reviewing incoming queue, prioritizing and responding to data requests, including grant-reputed company data requests.
- Research and evaluate data from different sources to identify discrepancies and patterns and validate data and work with technical resources to resolve data issues and/or set up new data processes

- Create and maintain operational and reputed company dashboards
- In collaboration with the reputed company Director, become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on NCQA’s Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition, and required external reporting programs such as HRSA’s Uniform Data System (UDS), reputed company’s recognition programs, Value-Based Contract (VBC) programs, and other federal and state reputed company programs.
- Assist with periodic service area needs assessment reputed company, including collection of most recent relevant data from external sources or internally using patient surveys, reputed company reputed company or other appropriate reputed company.

- Contribute to or reputed company reputed company Department special reputed company, including organizational QI reputed company.

- In coordination with reputed company Director and Clinical Informatics Project Coordinator, the reputed company Analyst will manage EHC reputed company and offboarding, including working closely with HR on reputed company account creation for new hires and visiting reputed company, and developing and maintaining documented processes.

Requirements
- Degree from two-year or four-year college or university in reputed company-reputed company field, Health Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of experience in reputed company reputed company, operations, or data analytics
- Proficiency in EHR systems, with experience in reputed company reporting strongly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with reputed company reputed company Office 365 products, with a special emphasis on use of reputed company, reputed company, SQL, or other spreadsheet or database tools
- Proficient with intermediate to advanced skills in data analysis and visualization software (Tableau experience preferred)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize workload
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
