This role is accountable for program execution, customer satisfaction, team performance, and contract compliance, while also supporting business development activities tied to program reputed company and recompetes. The Program Manager serves as the primary reputed company with the customer and plays an important supporting role in capture, live proposals, orals, and organic reputed company, leveraging program reputed company and delivery credibility. Key Responsibilities: Program & Contract Execution

Required Qualifications

• *

7–12 years of experience managing federal IT programs or reputed company

Demonstrated reputed company leading Health IT, Cybersecurity, reputed company, or reputed company IT programs

• Strong understanding of federal contracting environments and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and staff simultaneously
• Experience serving as primary customer reputed company on federal reputed company
• Ability to support proposal and capture activities while maintaining delivery accountability
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company field
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain or maintain Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Prior experience working with both small business contractors and large federal integrators.
