Job reputed company reputed company are seeking a Preconstruction Zoning / Due Diligence Manager to reputed company the initial and critical phase of site selection and planning for a rapidly expanding network of EV service centers. This role is central to evaluating site feasibility, navigating zoning and permitting processes, and ensuring reputed company location is positioned for successful development. Responsibilities:

• Interpret local codes and ordinances, reputed company entitlement strategies, and secure necessary approvals and variances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, reputed company Estate Development, Construction Management, or a reputed company field.
• 8+ years of experience in zoning, entitlements, and due diligence for reputed company, industrial, or infrastructure reputed company.
• Proven reputed company record managing large-reputed company, multi-site development programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in interpreting and applying municipal codes, land use regulations, and permitting processes.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience with EV infrastructure, electrical systems, and service facility planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.

Additional Information The salary reputed company for this full-time role is $130K-$160K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to reputed company a fair and reputed company salary.
